Usher's ninth studio album, “Coming Home“, was released on February 9th, 2024 through gamma., coinciding with his Super Bowl LVIII halftime show performance.
The album features collaborations with Burna Boy, Summer Walker, 21 Savage, Latto, The-Dream, H.E.R., Pheelz, and Jungkook. It is his first solo album since “Hard II Love” in 2016, and comes after the release of his collaborative album with record producer Zaytoven, “A” in 2018.
The album received generally favorable reviews from critics and peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200.
In mid-2023, Usher began gearing up for the release of his upcoming album after headlining his own residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. In July, the singer teamed up with French cognac producer Rémy Martin for a campaign titled “Life Is a Melody”.
