Chattanooga-born but Atlanta-based artist Bbymutha has announced that her new , ‘Sleep Paralysis,' will be released on April 19th through True Panther Records.

Coinciding with the announcement, bbymutha has also shared a new track called ‘go!' which was produced and written with Rock Floyd. The song is an interesting blend of UK street rave anthems and Southern bounce, showcasing her versatility as an artist.

The 's inspiration came from her post-lockdown tour in the UK, where she was introduced to the sounds of UK garage and dance music. The title, ‘sleep paralysis,' is a direct reference to the syndrome that Bbymutha has been dealing with since childhood.

Brittnee Moore, who goes by the stage name Bbymutha, is an American rapper. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and started her career on SoundCloud. In 2017, she gained fame when the video for her song “Rules” became viral. Her first studio , Muthaland, was released in 2020.

Moore was born and brought up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Her parents were in high school when she was born. She was mostly raised by her mother, who is a devout Christian. Her father, who was a barber, was physically abusive. Moore has a younger brother.

As a child, Moore used to listen to rap music at her father's house during her summer break from school. She loved writing from an early age and started writing poetry in fourth grade. Moore's interest in music and performance was sparked when she won a dance competition with her cousins in elementary school. She started rapping in tenth grade and that's when she and her cousins formed a group called Money over N*****.
